How do we verify your age?
All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you receive bottles that are corked or flawed (undamaged), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order at (585) 787-9659 or contact us. We will exchange any corked or flawed (undamaged) products or provide a refund.
If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
