Due to restrictive regulations, we can only accept orders for shipment to Alaska, California, the District of Colombia, Florida, and New York. We can only ship wine and cider to Oregon. We do not ship internationally.

General information:

BayTowne Wine & Spirits uses FedEx Ground and Home Delivery only. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. FedEx orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only. You will be contacted via email with your tracking number within two business days from the day your order is shipped.

BayTowne Wine & Spirits will not ship to any address listed as a restaurant, bar, liquor store, or PO box. If billing and shipping addresses do not match, be prepared to send in proof of identification. Your information is required for security purposes only and will not be stored or used for any matter by BayTowne Wine & Spirits.

For orders over $1,000, we require proof of identification before the order is processed. A staff member will contact you for a photo or scanned copy of your ID. If you do not wish to provide proof of identification, your order will be forfeited, and a full refund will be issued.

In-store and curbside pickup:

Please wait to arrive at BayTowne & Spirits until you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup. All in-store and curbside pickup orders are subject to a mandatory six-hour review period. If you arrive before receiving a "ready" email, we cannot guarantee your order will be ready. A valid ID and the credit card used at checkout must be presented at pickup. Pictures of a credit card or cards in Apple or Google Wallet are not accepted.

Holding your order until ideal shipping conditions:

During times of excessive heat or cold, we can hold your order until weather conditions are more suitable for shipping. Ideal shipping conditions are generally in the spring or fall months. 

If you would like us to hold your order, please notify us in the "Notes" section when placing your order. You also have the option to choose when you would like your order shipped out. Items must be paid for in full in order to be held in storage. This will be done at no extra cost.

If you do not wish to have your order held, you relieve BayTowne Wine & Spirits of any responsibility for products affected by outstanding weather conditions.

Optional insurance coverage:

For 1.5% of your order value, you will be covered for loss or breakage on all orders shipped via FedEx. If your bottle arrives broken or never arrives, let us know, and we will make arrangements to replace it. Insurance is done through FedEx, and a claim must be filed to declare breakage or a missing package, which can take up to 1-2 weeks to resolve. 
By refusing insurance, you relieve BayTowne Wine & Spirits of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss that may occur to your order. 

Shipping restrictions:

Orders placed after 4:30pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 4:30pm EST on Fridays, or any time on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed the following Monday.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits. All deliveries require proof of identification and the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older.

All items on this website are believed to be in stock. Due to unavailable live data, some items may be sold in our store between data updates. Order processing times may be delayed for certain items as we double-check our stock and, if necessary, check with our distributor to locate additional inventory to fill your order.

Bottle pictures on the site may not accurately reflect what we have in store. If you have any questions about our current stock, please call us, and we will provide clarification.

Return policy: 

Bottle returns must be initiated within seven days of receiving the order. Bottles must have at least 75% of the liquid remaining in them. If you wish to cancel your order after purchase, 10% of the order total, in addition to the shipping charges, will be forfeited by the customer to process the cancelation and return the bottles.
