Bet on our latest signature cocktail, Bottle of Smoke. This is the second of two whiskey drinks we're sharing today - for those that couldn't get enough this past St. Patrick's Day. This drink is a little on the sweeter side, with blueberry jam coloring the flavor, as well as a rich, smokey flavor, brought on by the smoked leaves of Lapsang Souchong tea. All of this is brought together with the Teeling Blackpitts Peated Irish Whiskey, characterized as crisp and malty with notes of black tea, almond, and sesame. Sláinte!

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over fresh ice and enjoy.
